How long will delivery take and what couriers do you use?

All orders at printella.net are processed in 2-3 working days and avarage delivery time is 3-4 days.

Overall your order will arrive within 5-6 working days in Europe and most part of the world. 

We partnered with 40+ shipping providers like DPD, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc., all over the world. Our selection of the shipping provider for your order will be based on a number of factors, such as the country of delivery and the total weight of your order. 

Where do you deliver and how much is it?

We delivered almost anywhere in the world!

At printella.net we charge a flat shipping fee of  £2.99 and free shipping for orders over £50.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, please get in touch within 3 hours to cancel your order.  

Why has my order been cancelled?

In the extremely rare occasion that your order has been cancelled by us and you have been refunded you will get an email from us explaining the reason.
